* Taiwanese participants get reduced registration fee since they receive partial financial supports from Taiwanese government.

* Domestic Student/Student and Staff of Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation need to upload the Certificate File.

 

Registration Procedure

* Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Registration fee can be submitted by:

(1) Credit card:
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information (SSL encrypted). Credit card payment will also be available on site.
※ Your personal information can only be updated before payments, please be sure the correctness before you finish the process.

Notes

  1. Other methods of payment are unacceptable.
  2. If the payment is uncompleted, we will cancel your registration record after August 23, 2021
  3. If you register in early bird, the payment must be paid before August 15, 2021; otherwise, you will be regarded as general registration.

Refund Policy

Cancellation can be made via e-mail but must be confirmed with your hand-written signature.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses, or cancellation expenses to participants. All participants are recommended to arrange their own insurance for coverage. Please consult your local insurance resources for further information.
